In sorry but I cannot imagine eating Keto chow. It's just more processed food that some of us are avoiding like the plague. No thanks, I'll eat only real meat and drink my water. But no judgment to people's choices, truly. That's just MY personal journey. I never drink replacement shakes either and I cannot stand chocolate or ANY sweeteners of any kind. Just me.

Nili I have never heard this name before and just a little while ago. I was watching a program called The Chosen and in season three part one called clean. There’s a young girl in it and her name is Nili pronounced, and spelled just like yours. yours.
But… that is a lot of powders hence processed ? There has to be chemicals in them to protect fm mold and all. Or the packets are soecially voated to keep freshness ! In my hear this is bot very natural and if let’s say I have a work contract in a far off country I could not get those ?!?! Can’t we be keto with “normal” simple foods ?????

Rumor has it that stevia plants are used to keep women from getting pregnant . Best to leave it alone if you are wanting to get pregnant and move to a carnivore diet. My daughter and her hubby got off stevia and were eating ketovore …she is pregnant!!!!🎉

I've always stayed away from sugar and don't do any sugar substitutes but decided over the last 2 weeks to give the substitutes a try and see how I do… I found that it triggers my appetite really bad and made me so hungry…so I guess it's not for me!!!

How do you get the colostrum to mix in your coffee? I’ve tried other brands with no issues but can’t seem to get the prime colostrum to mix in, even with a frother it’s very difficult.
I'm not showing off our pantry… It's a legit mess all the time… it's both too big and too small at the same time… if that makes any sense at all. so yeah… I'm not organized like you haha! We got our bag of the new Barista Flavor yesterday I think it was. We'll be trying that soon.
