and I agree! sometimes we put too much pressure on ourselves when we plan a reset 😅 but you’re right – we always have to give ourselves grace and do only what we can 🙂

Love the music when going shopping or the water running through the sink for split second.. yummy combo Vegis meet and Turkey.. about laundry I’m not that crazy I mix all colors and I ended to go back to TJ max 😵💫 walking is also a good habit to brake the routine of the day.. way to go Vero
