    I wouldnt recommend this, I tried it. It was delicious but afterwards I got a terrible stomachache because you should always bake the oats. freezing them is not enough and there is the possibility of getting really bad stomach pain like me right now!

    There is not much here to discuss/debate for a vegetarian/vegan diet. She needs to check, do basic research that the items are organic. Others, are tasked to check, if the items are sustainably sourced, if the cows producing the milk, are humanely raised, humanely kept, free range, etc.

    HEALTHY!!! NO!!! Peanut butter is full of neurotoxin and molds. Oats are also have anti-nutrients. Maple syrup is garbage unless it is real maple syrup, not the processed corn syrup mix. So healthy? No
