Tried this (minus the nutritional yeast) for a new potato dish, and the mustard was magical!!! Thanks for introducing new food combinations that I've never thought of — these were phenomenal!

I love your videos! I just started Mary’s mini yesterday and doing great so far. Your mashed potatoes over a bed of spinach and extra mustard on top are going to make it easy. I never liked mashed potatoes lol.

Thank you for sharing! I'm going to try it. I think Chef AJ also suggested adding some cooked cauliflower to make the mashed potatoes less calorie dense. I haven't tried it, though.

You guys are helping me change my LIFE! I started my WFPB "adventure" about a month ago and I cannot believe how much progress I've made already! I'm down 18 pounds already….unreal. But what is even better is how I FEEL….my digestion, heartburn, and even my mental clarity all seem to be improving. I need to lose about 150 pounds, so I have a long road ahead, but your recipes have been delicious and they have been keeping me on track and full. THANK YOU for sharing your story, your recipes, your struggles…..it is making a REAL difference!!!

I am looking for a good soy sauce alternative that is gluten free, soy free, vegan, low FODMAP, low fiber, low fructose, no vineger, and no oil. So far plain strained cooked canned tomatoes were giving me mouth ulcers, and braggs was making my nose run. Any ideas would be appreciated?

Have to try the mustard on mashed potatoes, I know when I've made potato salad, mustard really was the kicker, — made it taste UNFORGETTABLE!

My husband and I are seniors and have been doing the WFPB now for several years. When he goes to his VA doctor, the doctors all comment on how good his health is — and they know the reason — it is because my husband is Plant-Based. For all you spouses, no matter if you are the husband or the wife, tough love brings them around as they have no idea that they are going to feel 15-20 years younger. Don't give up and don't given in when you know it will cost you, your own health. Stay healthy and stay Plant-Based!

I just made this as my first meal after 7 days of potatoes (I just couldn't make it to 14, you guys are amazing) and it is SO GOOD! Thanks for the inspiration! I went your way Jessica – spinach bed and some sriracha – and it was an amazing "first" meal for flavour. Thumbs up. 😁

Accidentally came across your last livestream, when was it, Sunday or Monday, well you guys ROCK! As for these yummy Mashed Taters and with skins included, how COOL is that, remember somewhere on the tv years ago or on some other YouTube Channel, soon restaurants will serve your wife her fries and you the fried tater skins! XD Uprated, thanks for being you and greetings to ya from central Mexico! 🙂
