Btw.. My Cuckoo rice cooker is broken after 7 years of good use 🥲 so sad, but it was time to say goodbye 👋🏼 I will be making rice in a pot from now on for a while. But I'm not complaint because I forgot how delicious Naembibap (rice cooked in a pot) was! 🍚

Thai Basil
2 tbsp cooking oil
10 oz plant-based ground meat, I used Omnifoods Ground 3 cloves garlic, chopped 1 to 4 Thai chilis, chopped
1 tbsp palm sugar
2 tbsp plant-based fish sauce Handful Thai basil, holy basil, or sweet basil leaves
Lime wedges
Cucumber slices
Warm cooked jasmine rice
