My mom adds little chunks of cheddar cheese at the bottom and she will add cauliflower rice and some worcestershire sauce with a little tabasco. So good, my favorite meal.

It can be so hard to incorporate carbs back into a diet after Keto I have been doing low carb for quite awhile, but not Keto. I still eat something like ravioli I, for example, but limited..say, once a week and not 4 cups, I have 1-1/2 w/steamed veggies on the side. It seems to work for me, everyone is so different, though. I have always said what works for you is what is best, glad you are still losing!

I love quiet mornings too. I take a 5am spin class and when I get home, I always have about 30 minutes of me time before everyone wakes up. I hit a plateau with my weight. Had 10.lbs left to lose. I changed up my WOE and it came off pretty quickly. Sometimes changing things up does help.
I love how bright and sunny it looks there. We have rainy ugly grey overcast. I bought the cinnamon toast and I find it bitter so I us alf a scoop for a bit. My hubby loves it. Love your apron. Nice video
