A new sweetener I tried was the Wholesome brand of liquid allulose. I found it easy to add to coffee and to unsweetened almond milk (I sweeten my cereal milk) and I didn't notice a bitter aftertaste.

I've been using the monk fruit and ice cream is my weakness. I've been getting the Halo and Enlightened pints. The trick is the serving size lol. So far so good though. Just started a couple months ago and I'm down 15 pounds. Once I quit drinking 3 Mean Bean Monsters a day lol, it was easy after that. I've learned how to make a pretty yummy iced coffee so I'm good now

I absolutely love Torani sugar free. We weren't a fan of the Smores flavor. Toffee nut & salted caramel are my favs from the brand. TjMaxx, Ross & Marshall's have great finds for sugar free syrups especially great bang for the buck bc the size is like a big, wholesale size for about $7 or less. I'm loving that sugar free chips are coming out with so many different, new flavors

Lilly sugar free chocolate chips is a downfall for me. I make the chocolate bark at least once a week and its' gone by the 4th day of snacking. Not gaining weight, but not losing anymore either.

My favorite is Splenda, but I am open to trying different sugar alternatives. I bought some Great Value Stevia and hoping it tastes ok. I have not tasted the flavored syrups yet.
