have you (or anyone else in the comment section) seen the lava flow from mauna loa yet? it’s crazy dude, my family and i went up to yesterday to see the flow before they decide to actually shut the road, and let me tell you, (though the traffic was horrible) definitely worth seeing! ik that in the near future it’s suck for people who need to get to and from hilo, but man was it a sight! and from mile markers 31-16, they were threatening $1000 fines if you stopped/pulled to the side of the road! again, crazy and probably bad for the near future but definitely worth driving up to see
