    아ㅠㅠ 전기밥솥을 쓰다 보니까 누룽지도 누룽밥도 아플 때 아니면 안 먹게 되는데… 이걸 보니까 야밤에 누룽지랑 밑반찬이 너무 땡기네요 ㅋㅋㅋ 평소에도 잡곡밥 위주로 먹긴 하지만 누룽지 해먹을 생각은 못해봤어요! 누룽지 만들려면 찰기가 어느 정도는 있어야겠죠? 지금 밥 짓는 데 쓰고 있는 잡곡 믹스는 일반 현미랑 귀리가 많아서 그런지 오래 불려도 흩날리더라요ㅠㅠ

    I remember when I was a kid, begging my mom to "burn the rice" because I wanted the toasty crunchy bits off the bottom. Later, I found out, that's a thing–and it's called Nurungji. Even now, when I get to the bottom of my rice pot I give it a little sear, then add water. YUM!
