I love twice baked potatoes. I buy a bag of large potatoes and take a afternoon to do twice potatoes and freeze them. . And all I got to do is pull out ahead of time to thaw out and cook !

Hey momma mel. I made the Monterey chicken and the Mac and cheese with the broccoli. I took out a serving of that without broccoli, cause I don't eat green veggies. My hubby does and he got two helpings of it. This was my first time ever cooking broccoli. The chicken was awesome. Keep up the good work. I love your recipes.

When scooping out potato centers, use a grapefruit spoon. It makes quick work of that task !
