You need to double check recipe against video measurements. Video says 1 teaspoon Monk Sweetener, recipe say 1 1/2 tablespoons. I did not notice video difference. Ruined the whole batch with too much Monk fruit sweetener. Collagen powder looks like 2 teaspoons in video, recipe says 2 tablespoons.
Never heard of Tahini or Mulberries. Where would one find these items. ????

You don't get Omega 3 from any plant food. Plants have ALA which is not omega 3. All these recipes with nuts, flax, etc that talk about getting Omega 3 are misleading. The only source of omega 3 is animal foods.
