Could have steamed veggies while the noodles boiled. All in the same pot. Then strain noodles then dump veggies into noodle pot. Add sauce ingredients into the noodles and veggies and stir. Done. This is too complicated and you’re talking wayyyyyy to much lol.

Also a fun, easy dish- pasta, with a peanut butter sauce which sounds weird but just try it- rice vinegar, soy sauce/coconut aminos, and peanut butter combined, heated up and melted then put on the pasta. May need to add water to the pb if it gets too dry
