Looks great, was looking around a few Uzbek plov recipes where some large meat cubes and vegetables are deep fried in lots of oil and that oil is left in the pot to cook the rice, sounds very oily to me… this is a better alternative

Hello to you Chetna! I love your recipes & have made couple, so thank you for that. But I need your help on something. In this recipe you place whole cloves, card pod, cin stick & bay leaf. Did you remove those before serving? I do not feel comfortable keeping those in. I am sure I missed something. HUGS! Continued success for you.
