Annoying.
Love your cooking and always have! I am definitely going to make this. Thank you Paula.
I didn’t see them washed🤷🏽♀️
You can't tell me that somebody in this family didn't pass for white a long time ago. Cooking like this is passed down from generation to generation. Despite that incident she had a few years ago. I always felt like she was a part of the family. Paula, I want to see you go on that show, "Finding Your Roots". lol
Hi Miss Paula Miss Deen.
Holy shit a recipe that she didn't use at least a stick of butter in. Lol my wife and I love your recipes.
I made your collards and neck bones in my instant pot. They came out so delicious. Thank you.
I love her. She’s my momma made over. Never measure. That’s how I learned to cook and the badge of a true southern cook. She makes me miss my momma so much
Do you lose any flavor from fast cooking that you would’ve had if you had slow cooked it?
Too much interruption from sonny boy!! Was waiting for further instructions from Paula on Paula Deen pressure cooker but sonny kept interrupting.
One thing about southern cooking they cook every thing from scratch with is good!!
I love collards cold the next day with 2 PCs. Of Lacey cornbread to make a sandwich.
Miss Paula Deen you just like my grandmother Miss Tina make that good summer food Miss Tina and Miss Even those are my grandmothers they make the best southern food just like Paula Deen that's why I love watching your YouTube cooking with Paula Deen it's so wonderful and it puts a smile on my face during this quarantine thank you so much love and best dishes to your your whole entire family from my kitchen to yours
What are collard greens? I have never seen them in the store
I put a few TBLS of vinegar to make the tender…
I enjoy watching you and your boys cook together! I claim my kitchen and others can only assist with the tasks I assign them…..except for my son! He and I work well together and always have fun in the process. 🙂 So glad you are doing these videos!
Hi Paula , what size is the pressure cooker you are using? I went on HD link below, and the only size I seen was 6qt. Is that the same size you are using? In video the pressure cooker your using looks bigger… thanks have a blessed day..
I love you 3 sense ever, I love collard greens but the only way I know how to cook it is in stew 😊. This shall be a new way for me, thanks God and you 😘❤🤗.
why in the world would anyone click on thumbs down for collards and neckbones??? thumbs up all the way Paula!
Hello Paula: Have not texted you in a while. Watching your video making fresh collard greens with both your boys which is priceless. I remember watching you decade(s) ago when the boys were both so young now we are so blessed to be older & still doing the same things that make us happy. In the words of the comedian Katt Williams: never underestimate Paula with a stick of butter in her hand. Love you to death !
JAMIE why is he so sarcastic? Undertones of anger.
I have to turn in my "southern boy" card with this one. I have NEVER been able to eat collards, I just have never liked them. But always get teased by it…people asking me if I am sure I was raised here in North Carolina? LOL
💜So Cute! I 😍 Paula & Family
You guys are on the laughing gas.😆
Enjoyed seeing y'all together! Fun Family
Never made collards. Thank you
Hey Miss Paula. I'm a Tennessee girl transplanted to Georgia for the past 30 years. We had mostly mustard and turnip greens when I was growing up. I love the convenience of the bagged greens but I still rinse my greens after picking out the stems. I don't want anything to mess up my pot liquor.
I love the family stories!
I do basically the same as you do. But when I clean them, I use water as hot as my hands can stand, 1st wash is with a good bit of salt. I run the collards around in this for a minute then drain. 2nd wash is with clear water, again as hot as my hands can stand. From there, I roll up and cut into strips. Mr. Fudge, this white boy has used neck bones, ham bones, jowls, and even cheeks a few times, always smoked.
Bobby so sweet
So nice to see her with her boys! ❤️
Could you please tell me where to buy the dress you are wearing? I love it and have been looking for one exactly like it for so long!
I think I would prefer using ham hocks.
My Dad loved collard greens and I remember my Mom fixing them on the stove using bacon grease. I would love to have more recipes for my pressure cooker. I only use mine about once a year! My bad! Lol
The collard green ribs are great fried in butter, with sea salt, garlic and …
👍👍👍 ✌️😋
I did smoked turkey leg and had a bunch of meat in mine. Love it. Thanks
