T a tip for your chicken to stay moist keep the chicken OFF the steam table put it in a crock pot that have a serve temp on the dial add some chicken stock with you season in it and have a perforated spoon when you need a bbq chicken sandwich use the perforated spoon to get the chicken out the crock pot and have a squeeze bottle with bbq sauce and add to the sandwich. Just remember cook the chicken like you normally do and when it comes to pulling the chicken like in the video pit it in a crock pot not a pan TRUST ME IT WOULD be all the BETTER the chicken want shrink are dry OUT!!!
