    Sure do look good. I'm out surfing to find the best way to make butter beans in my pressure cooker. Your absolutely looks the best. I have been doing the crock pot for years and I must say they come out better then fantastic. I keep it simple, dried mixed babies and large lima beans. Chopped smoked ham of sort, half a stick of butter. Goya ham flavoring, onion and keep on the wet side . At the end I'll stir in a bit of instant potatoes, then salt and pepper to taste. But finding how to pressure cook dried beans hasn't come up yet. Think I'll make it your way. They look good…

    I was following another lima bean recipe and they instructed to pressure cook for 8 minutes. I thought it was fine to try since my beans were soaked and fermented. Naw. They were raw. I set them back in. I should try your creamy version.
