    Yes Queen! I also am working my way back to trying ADF as well. My first time was a fail. I really want to do it, because I see so many people experiencing great benefits with it, including weight loss of course, I am pre diabetic and I need to get this weight off me.     I too have struggled with my weight for my whole life.

    I've been doing a modified ADF since April and it's working for me.
    I fast, completely, NO food or shakes MWF and feast Tues, Thur, Sat, Sun. This is something i can stick with. Those fasting days are HARD but it's truly all in our minds.

    Get it Sis, giving in is EASY!

    Great videooo boo! The stew chickennn 😍😍 You make me want to give those shakes a try. Also, my lash place has lumbar rolls for under our
    knees to take the pressure off our backs. That's why your back got jacked up! I'm not above bringing my own because it's too painful to lay down for 2 hours straight without it.
