Looks great Rich. I am not buying anymore gadgets. I made a few impulse purchases from QVC that I probavbly should have passed on. Don’t get me wrong, I use them, but not as much as I thought I would. That is one of my goals is to use my gadgets more. Have a great day.

Thanks for this video! I was thinking it could get more crispy if you removed all the liquid and veggies to a bowl, then returned the chicken to crisp up on the air fryer tray. Either way, it’s good! 👍

Hey Rich here’s a great tip- save that veggie chicken juice in bottom from any of meat recipes— freeze in Tupperware and use in other recipes to kick up flavor of future dinners it’s a ton of flavor!!

Could you have broiled it at the end once it came to temp, to make the skin darker, instead of air fry? What do you do with all your other IP’s? I have a 6 and 3 qt, but don’t know what I’d do with more than that 🤔

I have a question for you or Kathy. I'd like to make El Torito sweet corncake mix in the pressure cooker. Can't find any instruction for cooking it that way on the internet – can you help? Can it be done? Thanks! Love your recipes!

Dude you gotta salt your food more than that. Watch any cooking show with Chefs, they salt and if they are judging your food they will quickly tell you that there isn't enough salt. Those 3 grains of salt you dropped on the chicken evaporated when you opened the lid.

Looks super yummy – better than the photo on the box! And the potatoes looked like they got a lil' browned too which is a plus! I bet your could make chicken gravy out of the broth at the bottom too since it has a sear option etc. 🙂
