Hi. I have made Sambar recipe by Lakshmi Nair, Veena's curry world and now yours. I should say that yours is the best. The boiling time in cooker, method of using sambar powder, boiling cheriya ulli etc are the best tips. We made sambar twice following your recipe and both times, it was successful and tasty.
