The meat masala recipe was great specially the Chana dal addition. I use your Biryani masala recipe and it actually is one of the best 👍.
The mutton recipe is different w.r.t addition of tomatoes (along with curd) and salt at the end 👍. However Camera couldn't focus on the end product.
