Oh I totally cheat and make yeasted sourdough. Works for me while I'm learning! But cakes is where I'm at mostly, sourdough cakes are just so amazing.

Just ordered 30 pounds (in 5 pound bags) of Giusto's Artesian flour to go with my stash of their Ultimate and other flours. I've tried other flours and really like their flours. It comes from SF. The bags are sealed with nitrogen as far as I can tell so the flour stays fresh for me. Also really enjoy sourdough rye bread
