I want you to know that the link that goes to the recipe doesnโ€™t mention when to add the rice. I already added the liquid and was to the part to put on the lid and realized there was no rice in there.

Try rice, chicken broth, a bit of butter and use a potato peeler and put in 2 large pieces of lemon peel…when done remove peel and fold in parm…HOLY COW!!! Eat that with some roast chicken…or just the rice! Total comfort food!!! Enjoy xx

This looks great Noreen….love your channel….just wanted to let you know, if you have trouble finding Arborio, you can also use Carnaroli or Vialone instead…they are other short grain rices that many chefs use for risotto๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š

Love your videos. Tried a few dishes. We just got an instant Pot for Christmas. When you say come down from pressure and then do a quick release, what does that mean? I thought if you wait for the pressure to co r down, thatโ€™s a natural release and you donโ€™t need to do a quick release. Would really like to surprise my wife with this dish.

I had risotto for the first time at a dinner in oct of 2016. I have been wanting more since then, but learned how hard it is to make and havent tried. I dont own a pressure cooker, but this is certainly making me consider one! Wish we had a restaurant that made some….i dont do mushrooms so that complicates matters since mushroom risotto is what you tend to see when you do see it on a menu….sigh….thanks for sharing!

I asked the question the other day about cooking the Swiss steak in the manual pressure cooker I decided to try and let it pressure for 20 minutes and then sit under pressure for about 15 minutes with the heat turned off then I let the pressure manually off …it was fantastic! I will cook this many times

I think even Gordon Ramsey would love your cooking! He's really not a cooking snob like some of the TV Chefs I've met. He enjoys food that taste good! And, I have yet to see anything you've ever made that didn't look amazing/ taste delicious!
