I've avoided mustard and collard greens because they are bitter. Does pressure cooking tone down the bitterness?
Thank you for this video. I love greens and I love my pressure cooker, but I never thought of cooking greens this way. I have also bought greens only to throw them away after they went bad. My neighbor just called a few minutes ago and told me to come over and pick greens from her garden. So, I will definitely cook them this way.
You may want to add a couple ham hocks or smoked turkey parts to your greens at the start of cooking, theywill be sooooo tasty
