I really appreciate your actually cooking in the Simpot. Although, cooking burgers in a pressure cooker doesn't make any sense to me as they basically cook up on the stove top in about 10 minutes. Would you mind doing a different demo with something like beans, which take a long time to cook. Even better how about doing a side by side comparison between the Simpot and the Mealthy Multinpot or the Zavor LCD? I'm considering buying one of these but would like to know how they compare. Thank you for you time and reviews.

With all the meat recalls these days, it's probably a good idea to eat ground meat well done. Now you've found a way to have a juicy burger that's also well done. You need some pickles on that burger!

Great video and I love the experiment with the pressure cooker I recently purchased one myself as I'm on my own learning to cook journey and I've always been scared of using them because I've heard in the past of them exploding. Regardless thanks for the insiration I'm definitely going to try this myself but, I'm going to play with a short cooking time because I want a medium rare finish.

What a cool video! These days I live off of my pressure cooker and air fryer. No hot oven in the summer lol.
BTW Eric – I picked up an edible spoon maker at Ollie's for $5 like you – thinking maybe a chicken and waffle spoon video? Thanks again Amy and Eric!!
