I thoroughly enjoyed the time with You today Lulu. All of it. From the shopping to the meal prep and the cooking. You are an inspiration. I have to say; I’ve never eaten bok choy, but as soon as I get to the store I’m going to get some and try it. Actually I’m going to try your way of eating starting next week( that’s when I’ll go back shopping) why not? I love everything you cook, especially the white sweet potatoes. I know that by eating that way I’ll get healthier. Thank you Lulu!! Looking forward to your next video. God Bless you🙏🏼🤗

Love it. You just reminded me, I have a pressure cooker( Its a big one like yours) .upstairs packed away ( my son and I moved last summer to here and theres still more unpacking to do.) I should/could be using for all my veggies and or meats but I've been using my slow cooker. Potatoes and sweet potatoes cook up quite well in the slow cooker. I bought a gigantic butternut squash, parsnips, beets I need to cook up. Lol. I love all the veggies you chose, especially bok choy and rainbow swiss chard. Thanks for sharing all of this, always a delight to view your video's.

LOL, made me laugh LuLu, I share housing with my adult daughter and if I slip up and give unsolicited advice, etc, I catch myself and yell (to us both) "No Momming, no Momming" and we laugh. (Fortunately it doesn't happen very often anymore – had to unlearn/relearn 🙂 Yummy foods!

Your food porn is so exquisite and inviting!!!! Beautiful display of colours and textures. Loved it. Thanks for showing us how you shop and prepare food. It´s changed some of my eating habits. And, about being alone in the house, you were not alone: WE were ALL there too. Hahaha. Love and blessings.

I just loved, loved, loved this video! I ordered a pressure cooker a few months ago. I have been cooking in it. I'm 68 and never used a Pressure Cooker. I was afraid of it exploding. Lol
But not anymore ! I've watched you cook up a storm with yours. Lol I've never had Swiss Chard and I am so excited to try it! Also the Delicata Squash. Yum Going to find me some tomorrow! I've looked everywhere for White Sweet Potatoes but can't find them so I just buy me regular sweet potatoes.
Last week 🎉I ordered my Toaster Oven off Amazon just like yours! I can't wait to make my rice in it! I've been baking it in my big oven but it does not look as good as yours so I got me my toaster oven. I never had one of those before either. Lol so excited!
You are such a inspiration to me.
    Thank you Lulu!
    You are awesome!❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

Hi Lulu, looking delightfully wonderful! If you wrap the sweet potatoes in wax paper, in the oven they cook much faster, you can also wrap the potatoes and put them in with the broccoli or carrots😊 to steam.

I loved how you ended this with all your lovely meals. Its so nice to have the food prepared ahead. I still love the sweet potato with cinnamon on it. I don't miss the brown sugar that I used to put on. I am now up to 7000 steps a day after my laid up leg issue and now have lost 27 pounds. I am in the 150s. Have not been there for many years. Thanks and good blessings to you.

I got an Instantpot awhile ago. Appreciate the guidance on cooking with it. I don’t think they have heard of white sweet potatoes here in south Texas😂. You are so inspiring!

May God bless your spirutual journey with His Blessed Holy Spirit.
If youre a child of God, you have the Holy Spirit living in you. Often we re not taught enough aboout the Trinity. The missing link for.many of us is not understanding the role of the Spirit. Google the role of the Holy Spirit, & ask God to manifest His helper to you!
My, my my, I thank God for His Spirit everyday!
Sorry if that was random, I just love & appreciate ya so much & have been praying for you😘

This was just the cooking video I needed, Lu Lu. You taught me just how to prepare delicious food AHEAD of time. I hate to prepare for just one meal three times, mostly just two times, a day. My health has suffered under my erratic eating habits. Now, I have a guideline to go forward in a better way! I have an Instant Pot, gifted to me but completely unused. I will start there and I intend to buy the toaster oven you have. P. G. and E. in CA disconnected my gas-leaking stove about three years ago! Thank you so very much! God bless you! Patricia

Thank you so much for this video. I have an auto immune disease and I have been struggling with how to eat healthy and not be cooking all the time. So I don’t have flareups as much For about a year now I either just didn’t eat until I got weak or I ate junk and lots of sweets because I just just was so hungry I just had to eat something anything. Ihaven’t been able to figure out how to 58:00 eat healthy without all the work. Your video has shown me how to put it all together and I am so excited to start cooking and eating this way. I have been camping in my camper van all summer while I downsize my house and storage unit. My goal is to finally be able to have time to travel and to some meet ups with other solo senior women and to have the energy and health to enjoy it all. I have been watching your videos for months now as soon as a new one pops up I just have to stop and watch it. Love love love your videos
