This woman could not make toast probably! And the sad part about it is if somebody knows absolutely nothing about cooking they might actually make her recipes and waste their groceries.
Sorry, but no. Soak chicken in buttermilk/ milk, not cook. Season chicken. Season FLOUR, not breadcrumbs. Dip in egg only, then flour. That's good fried chicken. Not this.
Many of your recipes are incomplete. For example, in this one, you don't tell us the purpose of simmering the chicken prior to frying it or how long to simmer the chicken for? How done is the chicken supposed to be when it is removed from the milk? Doesn't it get overcooked or possibly, dry being cooked twice?
If you really want to give us useful recipes 1)don't rush through your videos; 2) give thorough instructions including quantities in standard measurements as well as meric, approximate cooking times and reasons for some of the odd things you do. Also, when you say let's try it, if you don't want to be seen tasting it on camera at least cut into it or serve it on a plate so we get to see the finished product.
