Hey Steve, looks like a good time was had by the two of you, nicely done. You need to look up the Emson indoor smoker pressure cooker, talk about a nice small piece of equipment for a quick cook that taste like it was done on a pit smoker. It has a heating element probe in it that you slide a wood chip container on it, and all it takes is three small wood chips from a regular small bag of favorite wood chips. I know its cheating but you don't have to wait 8-10hrs for real pit smoked pulled pork. You can cold or hot smoke with it. Found mine on sale at kohls for 99.00
