I have that same instant pot! It's the Instant Pot Pro Plus Wifi (you said Max in the video). I got mine specifically so I could do pressure canning completely hands off, and it's been a complete blessing. A tip for the lid, since most people seem to forget this—You don't need to find a safe place to put the lid down, there's a notch in the top of the instant pot base on either side in the back, and you can put one of the… I don't know what to call them, but I'm going to say "rectangular protrusions"…. into the notches! It holds the lid up so you don't have to find clear counter space, and all the water drips into the plastic collector thing! Absolutely love my instant pot, and your video has me HUNGERING for some corn muffins! Will definitely have to make some soon.

I make this a lot. I sauté the onions & smoked sausage first in the Instant Pot then add potatoes, fresh green beans & I cut up fresh cabbage too. I add lemon pepper, salt & 2 cups chicken stock. Cook for 6 minutes on high pressure.
