You nailed it! I tried poached eggs in the Ninja Foodi on Preasure cook LO setting Sealed quick release for 1 min (soft) or 2 mins (hard) buttered ramekins on low positioned trivet. 1 cup water. Quick & easy clean up if you're in a hurry. Hollandaise microwaved on low for a few secs that is pre made in fridge. Love you and your Chanel. I watch one or two if your vids every bight before bed. Inspirational!

Hello, thank you for a great video! I am always looking for the perfect Hollandaise recipe!! Can you use ramikins in the pressure cooker? I am new and don’t understand all the rules yet. Also do you like stainless steel for egg poachers. I am trying to steer clear from any aluminum, any suggestions? Thanks again!!

I Iove your recipes but you lost me with the unset whites. I have poached eggs on saute in the Ninja or use the crisper for a few minutes to set the tops of the whites.

Thank you for your video! I LOVE poached eggs but struggle with the stove top method, I can't wait to try it in the Foodi and hopefully have better luck! Where did you get those salt and pepper containers? I love those!

The egg still had runny white on the top? What you should of done is closed the lid earlier and the steam would coat the top of the egg also like a full round poached egg should be and it would remain runny

I just got tiny ramekins at Walmart / in the Pioneer Woman's glasswares section. They work great for poaching one egg.
Smile. And they come in white, spice color, and green.

Your yolks look great. In fact the whole dish looks delicious. Never thought of cooking eggs like you did in a water bath. Will give this a try. Baby kale and baby spinach my favorite combo of salad greens.
I love poached eggs. I usually cook mine in buttered ramekins, cold eggs…3 min with low pressure and quick release. They are always perfect for my taste.
