These meringue cookies (kisses, if you want), look like macarons. They have a composition (so similar) like macarons. But… they are not macarons. The taste is much nuttier and… what is very important and awesome… the procedure is much more simple (yeah!).
You can prepare the pistachio meringue cookies during any day of the year, but… we just love them, therefore they certainly belong to our Christmas table.
