This was great to watch usually Asian cooks are so clean calm and not a grain of flour out of place this was so different almost exciting. Out of my league I'm afraid but thank you so much for your work.
I've got a pig saver ham being created as I type this – but I'm using your original recipe. The 'ham' is cooling after its 2 hour stint in the all in one cooker (instant pot). A huge 'thank you' for your recipe!
That looked like real ham. I wouldn’t make as much as was made, in case I didn’t like the taste, there would be too much to waste. If there is any starch water left, divide in half, put red coloring in it, and make bacon from it. Or, make pepperoni for pizza.
How on Earth did you learn how to do this? This looks amazing!

Can anyone help?? I have tried three attempts mixing the flour and water, letting it rest one hour then washing and it turns to mush…????
Wow that looks so real!
Thank you for taking the time to make this video!

Amazing! With the amount of sugar, is it a sweet ham?
