wait putting soy sauce in your pho is considered bad? im a little confused bc i usually like to put it in mine along with hosion sauce i had no idea, my local pho place has condiments on the table and i would always put soy sauce in mines but should i stop?( i just want to be respectful)
You should try next time to beat an egg with a pinch of salt and pepper and stir in with your beef, allow to marinate while you make everything else; more tender and the eggy-ness is so extra rich. Also, yes, you're right! A semi-friggo/demi-friggo (partially frozen) cut of meat makes it waaayyy easier to slice in any way you want to! Use this trick for anything. Do you get to go back to China at all, by the way, or are you back in the states permanently?
There is a food place in Michigan it is authentic Mexican it is called El Potrero if you ever get the chance go to the one on Fenton Road in flint Michigan, the food is so good
The only tip for beginners doing the broth is to put the spices in a satchel. If you leave them in for too long it'll start to taste like Christmas. There's also a pho beef paste sold in Vietnamese grocery stores I'd recommend if you don't want to make the broth from beef bones.
Vietnamese food is bomb af. As a Moroccan, it's so comforting to me. We have an escargot broth and we use the same aromatics as vietnamese pho so it makes me feel at home whenever i get it. I can't imagine my life without vietnamese food. The spicy sweet combos are also a homerun to me
She eats the greatest food I swear
Cutting steak like Kendall Jenner cuts a cucumber 🥩 🥒 🤦🏻♀️
I really enjoy how you try your hardest to pronounce the dishes as they should be said
Girl it’s too long of a process to make broth from scratch you made the right call
🙌🏿
thank you for making this :)! my dads family is from Vietnam and i’ve never seen anyone make the food. love your content ❤️
I recommend trying it with noodles that are a bit thicker. Its what i use whenever my family has pho.
You over cooked ur noodles boo just put ur noodles in and add broth cause the noodles cook fast so it will cook in ur broth
This earned my subscription. Uncle Roger would be proud.

As a viet, the hoisin sauce was kinda stingy compared to the amount you used, also, I’d recommend having a hoisin sauce dip for the meat 👍
Your enthusiasm for food is infectious! I want to eat pho now.😋
I have to try and make this
I got Kendall Jenner vibe from the meat cutting.
It’s nice to see you cook. 😊
