Hey Sam.. love the videos. Always watch and try to make some of the things you cook. Have never been disappointed with anything I've made your shows. I do have a question though. Two episodes prior to this one you gave a knife away to Robin Maynard.. in this episode Robin won again.. is that possible or was it a oops moment?? LOL.. just wondering… I think I might try this recipe next. Thank you for all your time you put into these to make people like me cook different things that we would never cook on our own.

I live in a small apartment so I don't have an outdoor cooking area. I do have a cast iron reversal griddle that I've been wanting to put to use and now I have a perfect recipe for it plus I get to indulge my addiction to spicy. Please try New Orleans red beans and rice. Andouille Sausage, red beans and rice. Crystal hot sauce is what they use in NOLA if you can find it.
