    Tried it.
    I used shiritaki (sp?) noodles but kinda chopped them up.
    Iโ€™m used to maybe saltier foods, but the yogurt sauce helped.
    I didnโ€™t have as big of a serving because itโ€™s just for me so I added a bit too much vinegar, but overall the sauce was yummy and did complement the chicken.
    I did the broccoli and feta as well.
    Guilt free and filling. โ˜บ๏ธ

    I tried the Konjac spaghetti last week. I Think I would have liked it a little better if I had not looked at those awful noodles ! But, I have to say that I MIGHT eat it again. MIGHT, being the operative word. Whew !

    There no such thing as low-carb rice. Eat rice and your blood sugars will go up, the hunger hormones will increase. Be kind to yourself. Eat the chicken with vegetables and throw the rice away.
