It's like you're a mind reader. I've been into making bread lately. I pretty much use that recipe. The slicer is genius! I've been watching videos to find ways to improve my skills. I've been going back and forth on buying a machine, doing sourdough, bla bla.. I've noticed a lot of bakers going to weight ratios instead of measurements. For now I'm keeping it simple stupid. It's not going to waste. 😂
