All personality disorders are PERSONALITY disorders. Once you realize you are not a persona it all resolves in an instant. Deep deep peace is always available to us, it’s our true nature, we just need to allow our mind subside. Feeling the body is the key… I never thought such deep peace was available at any time. I still experience anxiety from time to time, but repetition rewrites old patterns.

What is truly helpful is to separate your thinking self from your true core self, which is not thinking. Pure consciousness. Referring you to my beloved Eckhart Tolle. He is the one who helped me the most with intrusive thoughts and literally every aspect of my life because everything stems from our human wicked thinking. The point is not to make war with another voice in your head perpetuating the internal dialogue, but going higher (or deeper, it’s the same) then thinking. Watch his vids!!🙌🙂

Oh, this chocolate sweet plum is like the thing foreigners think is our staple sweet in Poland 🤔 Yes it is well known but… more popular through people above the age of 40-50 I think. I've grown to like it but eat it maybe once a year or two 😸

I like fudge candy but not the crystalized You had, I prefer ones with runny fudgy middle. I recommend these ❤

I’m 56 years old this year – and spent a great deal of my life not really liking myself much but I realised that as soon as I stopped trying to please absolutely everyone in my life – and I mean everyone I was able to see the reality that in essence I was ok with myself but taking on other peoples “stuff” is what was ruining my life.
An old lady once told me that changing/leaving or walking away from people/situations was not to teach them a lesson but that we finally learned ours.
I hope you realise just how beautiful and meaningful your sharing is to many people, even old and jaded people like me! If your lucky and have a long life you will realise that the only thing that is for certain and the only thing that matters in life is happiness and that it is amazing, and it doesn’t necessarily matter if it’s yours or not, and that good people do things for other people, that’s it, the end – and you do that in spades ❤

I cried today, too.. Not so great day. . I don't know if it's the weather or the fact that I've torn a meniscus and have not been able to walk without pain and limping…been two weeks of this. Starting to get to me. Sending you love and good vibes. Thankful for you and what you share with us.

8:27 you may need to see the Barbie movie. Haven’t seen it, but by the reviews she has an existential crisis. But 99.99% of people have similar doubts to a greater or lesser degree. Only folks like Donald Trump don’t. You are in good company. You’ve been through MAJOR changes within a short period of time. It takes a lot of time to process those things. It’s a lot you’ve got to heal from. At your age there’s also more self-judgement. In ten-twenty-thirty+ years you’ll look back on this time and want to give this younger self a hug and say, “it’s gonna be alright”
