Really appreciate the work you put into this. One critical thing! In your written recipe it says 2 TBSP CAYENNE PEPPER not chili powder. That much cayenne will make this completely inedible! The same error is on the GMA website.

Congratulations on going on GMA. Had to come & look at the video. I'm going to try it. I did not get a good look of the spice in the box. Can you spell rhat for me & reccomend a website to buy it from. Thanks. Good luck!

I know the difference between the Indian pressure cooker and Instant pot is that we don’t have to wait for the whistles and turn it off. But other than that, is there a difference in taste. Is the one in instant pot tastier than the one in regular Indian pressure cooker?

I made this dish today and realized it was too large to fit into my 3 quart Instant Pot but not until I had already started making it. However, I was able to adapt it and next time, I will cut the recipe in half. It came out pretty spicy since I hadn't cut the spices in half when I used only half the ingredients. Luckily, I was able to cook up the other half of the veggies in the Instapot without adding any more spices and then added it to the first part that I had placed in a large pot on my stove so that it cooled down the heat enough for us to enjoy it over some Indian basmati rice. Thanks again for a really good dish that will be enjoyed again.

I made this today!! I did not puree it since I wanted my husband to see the potatoes and cauliflower. Served it with Nan bread and he loved it. Sent the leftover to my daughter and her husband. Will do this again.

My instant pot does not have manual what option would you suggest I should use? Your videos are very helpful. It is Duo Plus 9-in-1 Multi-Use Programmable Pressure Cooker.

One of my favorites also.. Where I live in the USA it is hard to find the spices. I will make a list and next time I am traveling I will get. Where I stay when in Hong Kong is a Indian area so always hungry when walking around. They have the street vendors so a lot to choose from. Subscribed and Favorited so I can make this soon. thanks

    Poona,
I know you mentioned that the recipes were located at another website but I didn't catch the address. Can you please print it out so I can find it,
I've been watching your shows in a Poonam marathon. I'm starving. Would be nice if you could add a scratch and sniff function to your videos so all your viewers could share the wonderful aromas. You look like your in heaven while cooking. I'm jealous.
    Thanks again

Hello Poonam, Your dish looks awesome and I can't wait to try it! Did you get the glass lid with your IP? I have a Power Pressure Cooker XL and I didn't get a glass lid. Also, have you ever done this dish with chicken? I live with a devout meat eater(blush). Thank you!!

What size Instant pot do you recommend for a family of four? I have seen recommendations for 6Qt. But there are so many 6Qt Instant Pot models. I am lost on which one to get. Any suggestions? TIA.
