I have fresh grouse to use that I’ve had in salt water overnight. The first one my husband brought me I brined, wrapped with rosemary and bacon then smoked with maple. now I want to do something with the rest and I’d like to cook them in our instant pot. I think I’ll go this route and try a stew. I don’t have a rutabaga on hand so I’ll get creative with what we have on hand. Cheers and happy outdoorsing 🤪
