Kata kat (or Taka tak) is a Pakistani non-veg dish made with beef or mutton lungs, heart, liver, and testicles that are chopped on a tava with a dull bladed spatula. The base gravy is thick and spicy. The veg equivalent is daal kata kat here. Good to see someone made it out of paneer.
