Hi Donna, I am thankful that you made this little video on fried pork chops!

I cannot eat pork nor chicken but I can do the same with turkey meat or even lamb… I will surely try it out. It caught my attention how you fork poke the meat and the explanation you gave makes sense.

I do that with turkey fillets, people complain turkey is dry, but it is all in how we cook it and season it, that is why they can't believe it is turkey what I have cooked, because it is juicy, flavourful and just yummy like your pork sticks Donna!! I was drooling as I saw you giving the meat a bite hahahaha I could imagine the juiciness 😀

I loved the mixed seasoning you added to the pork. One can never go wrong with garlic and onion, isn't it? I don't use black pepper but would substitute it with turmeric powder, it adds a kick of flavour to the mix.
Once again, thank you for making these flavourful and yummy videos!! God bless you!

It is called docking method when you fork it both meat and dough and you are the best Chef EVER. I think it works for both meat and dough. Outstanding. I think it is called a Maillard reaction during a protein meat cook, not sure. I think it works the same way with dough. When you dock dough it just stops bubbles in the dough.

Lady Donna, now that's good old country cooking of fried pork chop. Yes, yes we had some and put hot sauce on them and made a sandwich. Cooking in the cast iron skillet with crisco grease makes the difference. You fried those pork chops so crispy good. Stay safe.

Hello 👋🏽 Donna. Hope all is well with you and your family. I am so glad you did this video. Last weekend I found pork chops on sale, and I bought 5 packs. I came home washed them and separated them into freezer bags. Yesterday I was in BedBathAndBeyond and they had a large 2 handle opening cast iron skillet for $40.00 and I bought it. It’s very nice 👍🏽 so I’m ready to use it. I have regular cast iron skillets with the one handle. I really enjoy frying in cast iron. 🙏🏽💕

Heeeyyyyy Ms Donna!👋🏽 Those pork chops look so pretty! You got that color just right. Which means people, her fire wasn't too high. Lol. I sure wanted to see you make that gravy. My mama used to make onion gravy and smother her pork chops or fried chicken. Great job. 👍🏽❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I love pork chops. I just love pork, bacon, pork steak, pork tenderloin, ham, pork pork and more pork. I always make mashed potatoes, biscuits and gravy with my fried pork chops. I only use salt and pepper on mine. Actually I only use salt and pepper on all of my meat. This looks delicious though. It’s 5:30 in the morning and I’m wanting supper 😂. ❤️🖤❤️
