Interesting what you say about how you don't do whole30s anymore. I feel the same but also that they super strict rules triggered a sort of eating disorder in me. However I'm considering another one because I've been feeling terrible
My mom has fibromyalgia. I am introducing whole30 to her, it is new to me to. Is gluten free oats, gluten free rice okay in this diet? Thanks in advance.
OMG!! I miss Trader Joe’s so much! I haven’t been there in like 2 years. I appreciate the shopping haul. I really need to go again. I miss the dried pineapple. I make YouTube videos too. Mostly cooking and DIY but I do some shopping hauls. I’ve never done a Trader Joe’s haul but you’ve inspired me to plan a trip to Trader Joe’s! I’d love to learn from each other.
Yayyy another haul! Sadly I don’t have a TJ’s ´cause I live in France but whenever I visit the US, I love their fruits bars, their seasonings, their sauces, they have so much products that I love 😂 Thank you for this video, never liked a video that fast 🤩!!
I've never done whole 30 and never will.. however 😂 I didn't realize how many processed items were compliant! There are many things that I already buy. But no grains?! That's where I feel like I would never feel "full" / satisfied. I don't even care about sugar haha no rice?? 😭
I just want to say thank you for expressing that you don't like Kombucha!! Every time I say I don't like it, I get rude reactions. It's nice to get some validation that other people think it's gross! <3
Hi Alyssia Oh I love Kombucha. I make my own up. My scobies multiply so much I need to get a couple more hotels to put them in as I have 4 full ones. I also make my own Kombucha vinegar. For something other than water or plain soda water I put a few drops of food grade Tangerine Essential oil in my water/soda water. We don't have Trader Joe's in Australia. Sounds like a great supermarket
Hey, I'm hesitant to eliminate milk because I'm not lactose intolerant; will making this exception defeat the benefits of the Whole30 elimination diet? (You got me interested because of its experiment-centric approach towards self-understanding!)
My favorite TJ's teas is a white tea pomegranate. I'm not a floraly type tea drinker, but this one is sweet enough and delicate.
Some of my favorite TJs products are not there anymore … Bacon ranch cheddar chip dip (it is not healthy but it is delicious with Avocado oil black pepper chips…worth every penny and calorie). I also enjoy their soy vanilla ice cream. My daughter is lactose intolerant and this is one of the only non dairy ice creams she would eat. Luckily they still sell that. Also any of the nuts or nut mixes. Also freeze dried fruit. I love them. I have teeth sensitivity so it is hard to have crunchy things or even apples and the freeze dried fruits are great and affordable!
I totally didn't know there was a soup. I may need to check my local store.
What’s your favorite trader joes product!?
This intro was two minutes too long.

Whole 30 always mentions not to eat foods that “mimic” non whole 30 foods such as chips. So this might be bad info for some….
It's really cool that you discuss foods you don't personally like. I'm not big on kombucha either, but it's nice to know the options. 🙂

Almost had to stop watching only cause the video kept focusing/ zooming in & out. Kinda annoying 😣
Their Double Roasted Tomato Salsa is the BEST😋😋😋

Vegan Pesto, Green Goddess & Everything but Bagel are so good! Never paid attn to roasted vegetable, I will now look for them. Great video, thank you!
Their pork belly is simply pork and salt. Slice and fry like bacon.
that ajika seasoning YES so good
Hehe. I agree kambucha is nasty and those snack manzanilla olives are delicious and just $1.
I am diving into intuitive eating.
