I just went to a Caribbean Paradise restaurant in LaSalle (Montreal Quebec). The plantains that was served with our meal were so delicious and soft. The way you showed how you cook your plantains with those extra ingredients, I must try and serve to my family. Thank you.

Thanks Chris for making an easy recipe. Being a first time Plantain experience for me, it had just the ingredients already in my kitchen. Plantains were donated to me by local source here in Reno.

Nothing wrong with butter as long as its real high quality butter from a grass fed cow. Butter is actually good for your health. The food industry with help from the government has been "feeding" you lies. Pun intended.

I liked the cooking time and adding the orange juice, brown sugar, salt & cinnamon. When my plantains are ripe, I'm going to try this recipe. This will be my first experience eating plantains.
