Today I’m sharing the EASIEST pasta recipe with you – it’s hearty, easy to pack with veggies, and made in ONE POT. Oh yeah, and it takes less than 20 minutes …
The onion without sauteeing, a turn off 😑
You LOST ME at STORE BOUGHT sauce. Ciao. (What's a matta for you? Store bought? mamluke).
Looks very Nice 🙂

I love this recipe it's super easy!! The only suggestion I'd make after having made this twice, use a little less water that called for in the recipe. Mine always comes out a bit watery.
Can I replace the pasta for zucchini noodles?
You got me at ONE POT! Excellent recipe, just made it! Subscriber!
That looks like Hamburg Helper and is NO WAY TO MAKE PASTA … but it is a lazy dish for your generation that we’re never taught how to cook
Thanks for sharing the recipe. My Italian nona would kill me if I made this for her so I won't! Not crazy about the taste of boiled onions with pasta, it's a metallic sort of taste. I'd use whole cloves of garlic to avoid that. Different strokes and all that… 🙂
how is the pan holding up now that its 9 months old?
Do you still love your always pot? I have heard the non stick wears off quickly?
AT LAST a recipe that doesnt require weird fancy ingredients like cashews or nutritional yeast. also no pressure cooker, no blender no nothing. ''smells'' like the perfect recipe and i cant wait to try it!
I just tried this recipe, turned out great! Definitely an easy and cozy meal as the title says.
Just made this but I fried the onion, garlic, mushroom and zucchini first; very delicious, thank you for the idea 😋
I made this tonight and it was honestly INCREDIBLE. And seriously so easy! Thanks for sharing such a great recipe! 🙂
Thanks 🙂 this is finally amazingly qick and looks so good😊
Seasoning?
What kind/brand of pan are you using?
Currently eating this. It came out amazing! I was feeling lazy lol really loved how simple this was :')
I tried this today. It was absolutely delicious. In fact I loved it more than the one prepared using the conventional method. Thank you for the recipe.
Can you use regular pasta?
You forgot to mention that the pasta is vegan in the title of the vid for those who don’t know that you only post vegan recipes 🤗
The thing with one pot pastas is that when you store pasta in its sauce it turns into baby food mush, any tips?
I can’t wait to try this 🤤🤤🤤
Yum, thanks! Can you explain why you prefer to sauté without oil?
I love that your recipes are always customizable, who doesn't love options?!
Can you please use grams as well as oz in your recipes please? It's a pain to constantly have to look up conversions in the middle of the recipe.
What pasta sauce do you use?
Can we get a series of one pot recipe videos? All pasts ones? K thanks bai
I made this, and it was wonderful!! I was able to spread it across 4 meals!
Can you make this in an instant pot?
Wooooooooh! Apparently, this colour suits you so well 💛🐶
You're literally SO GORGEOUS!😍💗
Can you omit the mushrooms completely, or do u recommend adding a different veggie in there? I wasn't sure if it would mess with the consistency to leave out a cup or whatever the measurement is of a veggie😊
THANK YOU for being more descriptive as to what's going on (info about gluten free vs gluten pasta, why the color is the dish started changing colors, the science to the cooking & WHY things happen during the cooking process, etc) bc not everybody knows everything about cooking! 🙂 There is def a science to cooking for sure!
This would be a million times more flavourful if you sautéed the veg in OIL first, then added the tomatoes + pasta. This is a wet boiled average tasting dish when it could be a lot better
I made mushroom stroganoff yesterday!!! It was delish!! Thank you, Caitlin!
I'd love to know what kind of vegan stir fry or "Chinese" you make if you enjoy that! This looks delicious 😋😍
Made this but with noodles that where made from zucchini and spinach! Came out so good!
Just bought the ingredients. Can’t wait to try!
Oh! I like this! I like the idea of one pot dinners, though I've usually only thought about slow cookers. I'm going to have to dry this.
