I love this recipe it's super easy!! The only suggestion I'd make after having made this twice, use a little less water that called for in the recipe. Mine always comes out a bit watery.

That looks like Hamburg Helper and is NO WAY TO MAKE PASTA … but it is a lazy dish for your generation that we’re never taught how to cook

Thanks for sharing the recipe. My Italian nona would kill me if I made this for her so I won't! Not crazy about the taste of boiled onions with pasta, it's a metallic sort of taste. I'd use whole cloves of garlic to avoid that. Different strokes and all that… 🙂

AT LAST a recipe that doesnt require weird fancy ingredients like cashews or nutritional yeast. also no pressure cooker, no blender no nothing. ''smells'' like the perfect recipe and i cant wait to try it!

Can you omit the mushrooms completely, or do u recommend adding a different veggie in there? I wasn't sure if it would mess with the consistency to leave out a cup or whatever the measurement is of a veggie😊

THANK YOU for being more descriptive as to what's going on (info about gluten free vs gluten pasta, why the color is the dish started changing colors, the science to the cooking & WHY things happen during the cooking process, etc) bc not everybody knows everything about cooking! 🙂 There is def a science to cooking for sure!

This would be a million times more flavourful if you sautéed the veg in OIL first, then added the tomatoes + pasta. This is a wet boiled average tasting dish when it could be a lot better
