Just made this last night for the family and it was amazing. It tasted just like a cheeseburger. I wasn't sure about the pickles, but I have to say don't skip these. I did cook this in an Instant Pot. After I browned the beef and added the pasta and liquids. I set the Instant Pot for 5 mins. Came out perfect. I did a quick release and then added the rest of the ingredients. So quick and delicious. Thank you for sharing.

Iโd probably use American instead of cheddar cheese. Just my personal preference as far as a burger. I hope to try this soon though. Pickles and pasta, letโs see. I LOVE dill pickles.

I made this tonight and it was so good and EASY! I had to sub in rotini, red onion, and chicken broth because that was what I had on hand but it was delicious! Served it with a cucumber red onion salad on the side. YUM!
