This looks so good. I want to make it but noticed you didn't mention draining off the grease before you added the brown sugar and etc. Did you leave all the grease in the pot? Thanks in advance.

Just finished making this. So easy and other then the hoisin sauce I already had everything. I had so many packs of ramen noodles I used those instead of spaghetti noodles minus the season packs of course. So delicious! My kids really enjoyed it. Thanks yet again!

I usually use ground chicken when I make a dish like this, but I like the idea of using ground beef. I am going to try that next time….and I prefer to use frozen peas and carrots.
