    Yes the workout Wed sounds like a plan, I am currently walking started a week ago tomorrow. I will start counting calories next week, I have to one thing at a time lol, and I already do IF honestly. It’s a habit from when I was strictly IF.

    my husband has to lose a bunch of weight fast for the military and we're thinking of incorporating this with keto 3 days military 4 days keto until he loses what he needs to.. this would be like the carb load days.

    You look beautiful Tiffany as usual! I’ve found that regardless of what diet you try Paleo,low carb,keto,liquid you have to be in a calorie deficit. If you eat Twinkies all day everyday and you’re in a deficit you’ll loose weight. I’ve literally tried every diet out there. Once I realized you just have to be in a deficit I actually started loosing and have been able to maintain. Ive lost 60 pounds in a matter of months. I love you’re videos and enjoy watching you experiment. Your channel has been one of my go to channels for motivation during my journey.

    I don't remember eating 2 toast for breakfast on day 1. I love those tuna packs especially the garlic n herb, sweet n spicy, and the smoked. I add mustard and hot sauce.

    Kudos to you for pushing thru. It's not easy. . I have tried it b4. The most I lost was 8 lbs. It's usually recommended not to make substitutions, and the only seasoning I believe you can use is salt n pepper. No oils or butter. That cottage cheese tho!!!

    This is ironic that you are doing this diet. I am doing it right now on the second day as of today. I ain't gonna lie I am really hungry but the night is almost over just finished eating dinner. Then this video pops up. It's hard but I am going to try my best to stick with it. I got just one more day left.

    I do this one all the time..it really works but is super tough. Also as someone who was in the military for a few years and no idea why its called the military diet..no one eats like this in the military. Workout Wednesday sounds awesome to get some motivation, just dont know if I can workout at the same time but I definitely will check those out later and implement them

    I havw tried this diet before and it does work. The most ive lost has been 7.5 lbs.
    I think where you went wrong was doing this after keto and/or coming out of ketosis. Your body is confused, in shock, and probably holding onto everything youre intaking. You should try this again…but only if you are NOT in or have been in ketosis. Just a suggestion, because it does really work.

    My mom used to put me on this diet as a teenager at least every 3 months, and it definitely works, but I was not a fan on the foods at all back then 🤮, I have tried it a couple of times since I’ve been grown, and it still works, but if you don’t continue eating healthier meals you tend to gain it all back. Wishing you the best results 🤩
