Last week's menu….chicken pot pie; vegetable beef soup that was in the freezer that my Dad had made; beef stroganoff (Hamburger Helper), cornbread and hubby had spinach; mussels, Uncle Ben's rice pilaf (the one in a pouch that you microwave for 90 seconds), and hush puppies; scrambled eggs, raisin bread, and a smoothie.
