That looks so good! When I use my pressure cooker and use things like fresh cabbage or kale I put it in right after the meat is cooked, with a little of the broth, put a pot lid on it and it will wilt pretty quickly and make it easy to mix in. The potatoes will cook in 15 minutes & since your pot is already warm/hot shouldn't take any longer than that to cook the whole pot.

I'm glad you picked a soup that I've never tried. I actually love kale (and any other "green"). I don't have an Insta-pot, but I have 3 crockpots. I bet I could make it in one of them. I've also never canned anything yet. I do like to make large quantities and then freeze them. Plus, I give some to my next door neighbor whenever I cook a lot or bake. Your soup looks delicious!! To me, this is a perfect comfort meal. Being in Michigan, we're supposed to have a cold, snowy winter on the way. Imagine a bowl of Zuppa Toscana on one of those winter nights. Yum!

With a lot of hesitation I finally gave in and bought my first Instant Pot a few months ago. After getting used to how to operated the contraption all I can say is that I love it. It's quick, easy, and doesn't heat up my kitchen. I kept saying to myself is where have I been? Now I use it for so many things. I have a 8qt but I wish they made a larger model so I could use it making larger batches of soups. Thanks for sharing 👍👍👍👍👍
