That looks delicious and Ms. Lena I have the exact same stove as you do
One way to do it. I am sure it is delicious. Personally I boil the bones remains for my broth, strain then add butter, salt, water bring to boil then cut the heat. Next add the potatoes, celery, onions. The meat goes in last, salt and pepper to taste. Cover and cook slowly. Serve over biscuits.

Oh my so many memories, my Grandma fed about 12 grands daily, lord we were terrible. But we love our Grandma and still do(rip). You remind me of her feeding those babies. Bless you
